Message The warranty is a way to drive business. A warranty and a great track record would instill confidence in a consumer.

Correct..out of 100+ motors built I have had less then a hand full come back for any reason. That is a pretty good track record.

Again, in the last two years, it would be good to see one customer who came back with a motor issue that paid NOTHING to have it fixed. It has not been that no motors have come back.

True but to this point I have not had any come back that have been proven to be an error on our part. So I can not show you what I don't or haven't had. I *can* show you pictures that prove the motors that did come back were due to detonation and over reving though.

All we have seen so far is how the motor problems were everyone's fault buy your own. Our example is a great example of what a customer could expect if a problem does arrise.

And I have the pictures and documents to prove it. You still have not proved it was an error on our part for your motor so you can not use that as an example. But even still I have offered you a warranty and you declined. So any customer could see that I at least tried to help you.

Truth is Kyle, this would not be taking the extreme route it has taken if the first thing you had said would have been "How can we help"? I know...I know...it must somehow have been my fault for that.

Good Lord!!! How many times did I say..."Bring it to me for a warranty and we will see what happened...You can be present during the break down...if it was an error on our part we will fix it for FREE" . What else could I do?????????
